Digital Thermometer [WT-2] is for wide range of applications: such as- use for food processing, beverage, laboratories, heating & ventilating, industrial and freezing foodstuff.. The probe on this thermometer is attached via 900mm cable which makes it very easy to take temperature readings in awkward places. When not required the cable coils up in the rear of the unit. The stainless steel (SS No. 304) probe makes it very versatile and is easy to clean to avoid contamination.

- ON/OFF: Turn on/off the thermometer

Operation Description:
- <ON/OFF>:Press the key to turn on the thermometer.then enters into measuring mode.
- :Press the key to enter into setting alarm mode.
- and :In the mode of temperature display (display c),”HI” and high temperature alarm. Press for 2 seconds to add 1C to the high temperature alarm. when it higher than 300C will back to the te,perature of higher 1C than low alarm temperature. When adjusting the temperature to the required high temperature alarm press TO CONFIRM;”lO” and low temperature alarm. Following the above steps to set the required low temperature alarm then press to confirm. When finishing the alarm setting “Hi” or “Lo” disappears and “AL” apperas meaning in the mode of alarm.
- :Press the key to cancel alarm and enter into the mode of measuring. “AL” disappears.
